We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Republic. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Simply notify us regarding the exchange within 3 days of receiving the dress, then our team would assist you in selecting a different size of the same dress you purchased or entirely a different style. Then we would make arrangements to send an exchange package.

What is your exchange policy?
Simply notify our team within 3 days of receiving the dress, and we will assist you in selecting a different size of the same dress or entirely a different style. Kindly make arrangements to send the initial dress back to us and will ship the exchange dress in return. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Shipping charges will not be applicable if we have done a mixup when sending the initial dress, else the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
